Summer News Round Up! – Favorite Power Morphicon Promos
A lot of promos were produced to hype up Power Morphicon, some great, and some…well…yeah. These are my favorite of the summer:
- Catherine Sutherland (Kat from Mighty Morphin Power Rangers – Power Rangers Turbo) and Nakia Burrise (Tanya from Power Rangers Zeo and Power Rangers Turbo) duking it out!
- Neil Kaplan (Voice of Diabolico) in a hilarious skit. Don’t open the box!
- Selwyn Ward (TJ from Power Rangers Turbo and Power Rangers in Space) showing the fans behind-the-scenes of his new short film…while carrying his helmet!

Summer News Round Up!
The No Pink Spandex crew were busy all summer, so I present to you the Summer News Round Up! (A few news stories that we missed, oops!)
- Peta Rutter (Udonna from Power Rangers Mystic Force) passed away July 2010 from a brain tumor. Our condolences to her family.
- Saban Brands, Nickelodeon, and Power Rangers were in full force at San Diego Comic-Con July 2010. Not only were there Rangers in costume, but Adelaide Kane (Tenaya 7 from Power Rangers RPM) was in costume…as Wonder Woman. Awesome, but dressing up as Tenaya 7 would be awesomer!
- John Green from GrnRngr.com interviewed Dan Evans, producer in charge of Disney’s MMPR “reversioning”. He talks about the process and why certain choices were made. Also, Evans is now at Nickelodeon.
More to come of the Summer News Round Up, because there are just some things that need their own time to shine. Trust me!

CivicLife.sg is running a short film competition, and Jason Chan (Cam from Power Rangers Ninja Storm) has entered his short film called “I am home…”. The last day to vote is Sunday, October 3rd at 5pm (I’m assuming Singapore time), so vote now!
