You guys basically said all of my thoughts about this episode. I rated it low because of the exact stuff u guys said. Thank you for basically agreeing with me lol

Seconded. It’s really too bad that you guys aren’t accpeting any new contributors because everything you guys have expressed, I have have done both verbally and through transcription. I friggin love you guys. If you ever want another member of the team, I am an e-mail away.

Yo guys, they should have GokaiRed counterpart be a veteran male power ranger,(not a previous red ranger)that has a rich power ranger background already. It would be so awesome if you expand your commentary to others, you might learn something new. Keep up the great work.

Coloring comics again. Whoo!

Anyways, I agree with Lisa about Episode one feeling a bit rushed. I don’t know what it was, but it felt like 1000 things were being done at once, and there was absolutely no mystery involved in the process. Right off the bat, I found that I hated Troy. Scene one=Troy stinks. I did a little happy dance when I saw the Great Hero Battle, and then it was Troy. Can’t say that I love it, but Troy and Jaydn come from the same cloth=Blah.

I don’t like the BMX biker who is supposedly a nature lover. I don’t know how you can mountain bike ruthlessly through nature, and claim to protect nature. It’s just weird to me.

Eh, to gloss over, the only rangers I care for is Yellow, Blue and Black.

Ok, since I don’t seem to stay on topic without numbers, I will go back to doing them…

2. Regarding premiers, and older series: It took me four attempts to get into Jungle Fury. 4! I tried every other year or something ridiculous. I couldn’t stand sitting through the first three episodes. I never could make it. My guess is that I learned to appreciate the humor a bit more after experiencing the Sentai counterpart, the terrible Samurai series, and well, everything since. So, now, I am successfully on episode 14! And, if this is a new low, someone tell me, because I am finding that I like it. OH MY GOSH. (!!!)

3. I like Jake, too.
4. Don’t like Emma.
5. Ernie & the $20: Great scene.
6. Ernie the name? Eh, not crazy over it, but could careless. I was banned from a FB page since I went around and around about this one. I said the name of the place can be named after Ernie, but the guy doesn’t need to be named Ernie. Yeah, I was flamed by the bandwagon fans…(they seem to be crawling out of the woodwork, lately).

7. About the comic regarding the current rangers not knowing about the centuries of past rangers: that confused the heck out of me. So…what time period are we in? I would *think* that the Power Rangers had existed previously, and that these kids would have grown up knowing about them. Heck, they probably had drills to clear the city for megazord battles. If giant teeki head said that Zordon left him there, if he was ever needed, that indicates that it is AFTER Zordon. If it is AFTER Zordon, then MMPR, Zeo, Turbo, and Space would have at least existed. And, we know that there is a Morphing Grid: Jungle Fury, Dino Thunder, and a few others have been able to tap into it. I just don’t get how these kids are that stupid.

Unless we are to believe like we did 20 years ago, that Zordon was a great wizard, and there were others like him years before. YEARS and YEARS before. But in another dimension. And THAT’S why the current cast doesn’t know of the “Power Rangers”. It was plausible 20 years ago, because Power Rangers was new to the audience, but not so 20 years later.

I’m just going to say: this is going to be an interesting season….

Thanks guys! (And Lisa)!
