Ron Wasserman’s Future for Power Rangers 2011 Season

Ron Wasserman (Composer for Mighty Morphin Power Rangers) has posted a message on Rangerboard announcing that the new Saban Brands, LLC has hired on someone to arrange background music for the upcoming season of Power Rangers next year, and it isn’t him.

“Hello Everyone,

Well I just heard from Jonathan Tzachor that they have someone else doing the music for Saban’s new Power Rangers and I will not be involved in any capacity.

So, after so many years of involvement with the show, I think it’s best to put it in my past, be happy for all the great years I was involved with it and just let it go.

I sincerely wish big success and a long run for all who will be involved with the new production.”

Oh well…he had a good run. Now this gives us a chance though to maybe get someone possibly better than Ron, you never know.

Everyone is acting like this is his end. He can just get hired for next season, etc. Ron didn’t get hired for all 16 years…
