Erika Fong (Mia from Power Rangers Samurai) has a small role in the #1 movie in the country, Transformers: Age of Extinction.

The film stars Mark Wahlberg, Nicola Peltz and Jack Reynor as a father, daughter and her boyfriend who help to save Optimus Prime, Bumblebee and the rest of the Autobots from the threats of not only their robotic enemies, but their human ones. Erika plays one of the analysts working at the CIA.

Power Rangers Samurai Cast Appearing at San Diego Comic-Con

The cast of Power Rangers Samurai will be appearing at San Diego Comic-Con July 21-24 in San Diego, CA. Their panel on July 23rd at 7/6c will not only be moderated by Paul Schrier (Bulk from Mighty Morphin Power Rangers), there will be a screening of a new episode. Could it be the premiere that we still haven’t seen? My word, I kind of hope so!

Powers Rangers 18th Season: Power Rangers Samurai

The new PowerRangers.com website is up and has revealed the new season: Power Rangers Samurai. Here’s the summary:

A new generation of Power Rangers must master the mystical and ancient Samurai Symbols of Power which give them control over the elements of Fire, Water, Sky, Forest, and Earth. Under the guidance of their all-knowing mentor and the aid of their devoted animal Zords, they battle the dark forces of the Netherworld and a mysterious Warrior bent on destruction.

The site has also revealed the new cast of rangers: Alex Heartman, Jayden the Red Ranger, Najee De-Tiege, Kevin the Blue Ranger, Hector David, Jr., Mike the Green Ranger, Erika Fong, Mia the Pink Ranger, and Brittany Pirtle, Emily the Yellow Ranger.

The new season premieres in February 2011 on Nickelodeon.
