I'm back in my coloring comics mode, since my schedule was rearranged, and I get super lazy to get back into the swing of things...Er...So here I am again, listening to your podcast while taking quick notes, and coloring on photoshop. I'm so glad you guys are here. Or else I would get too distracted... My notes for today: 1. Regarding Samurai. The only good thing I can say about them. I met them in real life, and they were very sweet human beings. I basically stopped breathing when I saw them in person, regardless if I actually liked Samurai. I was in shock of how adorable Hector is. A heart-throb in real life. Holy crap. To me, Samurai was a show full of eye-candy. I don't think that I paid much attention to anything else... 2. Box Set. I haven't bought it. I figured that it would be the normal crappy dvd set, until you guys (and Lisa) explained a little more about it. I may consider, when I have money lying around... 3. Samurai ending: "Bye, bye Eye candy". Bulk and Skull Reunion: Happiness. 4. The Black Box: Pointless. 5. Master Xandrex=Weakling. 6. Yes, I was also more addicted to Kamen Rider, and Super Sentai then I was to Samurai. And RPM was one of the last great Power Ranger series...(not discussing Megaforce to late podcasts). 7. Gobuster=Loved Enter. 8. Kamen Rider is addicting. Lisa, you need to get into it. Since Jan 2012, I have watched 9 Rider series, and I am now working on my tenth. It's so much better than anything that Saban is going to dish to us fans. And, if you can't do that, then you better check out GARO. You are missing out. 9. The new Super Sentai is like Tim Burton had a baby with Toei on LSD, and this is what we got. I don't know what I am watching half of the time, but I keep on watching it. 9. [I wasn't paying attention during my note-taking, so there are two nines]: "RPM was a damn oasis" YES! YES! YES! Still in love with it. My most watched season. Ah, it's the Fangasm season for us fans. 10. SPD was great, what were the haters thinking? 11. Boom! (Sigh...I miss Boom). 12. The Clearance Isle is the only place where I will consider buying anything. I don't really buy the toys. For some reason, I like playing with them there, and then slinking off. Maybe it's like buying condoms, it's embarrassing, even though it shouldn't be. 13. The Store Changes its layout...again: I get lost each time. Mindlessly wonder around like some kind of weirdo, until management stops me. (True, too. I had to tell them what I wanted. Before I got off the "creepy" list). 14. Hey, Lisa, I am a lady, too. I understand what you mean about being one of the few or the only one in the room. I don't like to discuss my fandom too much, because it's not expected of me. When I do, the boys are weirded out. I've lost dates over that. But Kamen Rider seems a little more acceptable for some reason. 15. The Power Fan should've been just the serious folk, and not a mix with the special dying kids. That's poor planning. They should have the two separate. They do it for Personal Relations, but it still takes down what you do a few notches. Sorry if they had poor taste. 16. Mega School, Mega Cafeteria, Mega 101, Mega... Mega everything...would make a funny joke. 17. Akibarangers Season 2 in April!
